CHOCOLATE CARAMEL TOFFEE CAKE POPS RECIPE

Even though pops may generally make you think of summer.  These pops aren't just pops, they're cake pops.  Cake pops are meant to enjoy anytime of the year.  Of course, I considered that at a party these would be great. They are fun to eat, and a party is suppose to be fun right?
What makes these particular cake pops so special?   They are baked from a cake crumpled into buttery balls of goodness. Next they are topped with caramel and frosting then dipped into candy and sprinkled with tasty bits of toffee.  They will be gobbled up as the guys gathered around the tube for the game, women gathered around the table talking about any and everything, or kids at a birthday party.

Ingredients:

1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist butter recipe yellow cake mix (all ingredients called for on the back of the box)

2.In microwavable bowl, microwave candy melts and shortening uncovered on Medium (50%) 2 minutes, then in 15-second intervals, until melted; stir until smooth.
